nice long update

yesterday i was trying to be a pot of good relationship advice to more than one person. i hope i succeeded - i DO have a wonderful relationship to back me up, a few fights we've made it through, etc, but as i've not been in the same situations as others, sometimes it's hard to give accurate advice.
jenn and i spent the whole day together, while david did his own thing. we got vietnamese food for lunch, rented without a paddle, played on the computers, ate too many girl scout cookies, and made dinner (jenn is a much better cook than i am). david got home and ate with us, we all watched the movie, and then jenn went home. david and i were asleep before 9:30, i think. we'd stayed up waaaaaaaaay too late saturday night.
the boss is in a good mood today because she went on a date this weekend. and she got a kiss. this is huge. of course, now she's obsessing about when he's going to call. but she's on a high from it and that means it will be a GOOD DAY.
yay for that.
tonight i'm heading to sabrina's house and she's finally going to finish sex and the city! we only have the last disk left to watch. huzzah! but then what will we do on our monday nights?
the rest of the week looks typical so far: work every day, class tues & wed, workouts on tues, thu, fri & sat, and...um, yeah. no special plans for this weekend (i don't think!)
oh, but this thursday and friday will be good - the boss will be gone again and i will GET STUFF DONE WAHOO.
oh, and people who are my friends? you can stop getting engaged and pregnant now!!! it seems over half of my friends are one or the other. noone is both, so that's good. but still --- CRAZINESS i say.
that's all i've got for ya in the way of a real update. i half want more exciting stuff to happen, but i half want lots of time to do nothing and just relax. we'll see what happens.

2004: i'm getting to that age where my friends are going to be doing that, plus getting married and having babies and shit. freak me out!
2003: i like light fiction usually. maybe with a sex scene or two tossed in.
2002: i know that eventually, i'll be lucky like her and have my roommate be my best friend, my lover, and my soulmate. [ed. note: yay! it came true!]
