city mouse

i'm doing a little better with the jittery, after eating a sandwich and chips. still a little off, though. eeeeee.
so, a real update for today:
tonight i am heading into the city (which, because of where i live, happens to be san francisco) to visit with justine!!! my dear justine, who i haven't seen in probably a year and a half. maybe more. i miss her. anyways, she graduated from uc santa cruz last summer, and moved to s.f. to be a crazy city girl. she's gonna show my the sights and i'll pretend i'm a city mouse, too. just for a day. because i am SO un-citylike. i could never live there.
then, in keeping with my city theme, tomorrow i will head to berkeley to visit two, possibly three, girls. jen and christine i know from high school, and it's been years since i've seen either of them. heather i have never met, but i feel as if i know her from livejournal. it's a weird six degrees story how i ever "met" her in the first place: a few years ago (2? 3?) i saw a post of hers on a college friend's page. they went to high school together. i left her a helpful comment. she replied back with a thank you or whatever. then a few months later, the above mentioned jen sent me a letter asking me how i know her friend heather. apparantly she went to college with her! small, small world. so i started reading her LJ, realized her awesomeness, and the rest is history. it will now finally culminate in our real life meet-and-greet over ethopian food. which i've never had, btw, and i'm quite excited.
is my writing a little odd? i think it is. i blame the caffiene. i don't know if i'm even spelling that word right anyways.
in conclusion, i will be living it up for the next few days, and i don't expect i will end up posting tomorrow. unless justine is willing to let me use her computer so i can be nerd-core. but i'll probably be fabulously busy and entertained for every second, and thus, you won't hear from me until sunday. and expect pictures to follow shortly thereafter, as my tiny sweet-ass camera is coming along for the ride.
i need to not be typing anymore. peace out.

one year ago: i read all of the little descriptions and made any vital changes, such as heather dumping travers (eee!) or mike being engaged (yipes), and mentioning which people i haven't spoken to in months (tiffany, jeff, jenny).
two years ago: seriously, on maps of davis, the davis trailer park is right there, on my street.
three years ago: in a few days, i'm going to be MIA cuz of georgia, you know i'll be having online withdrawls.

eeeeeeeeeeeee.
i feel crazy.
i'm jittery, i had too much caffiene because i got myself a latte this morning, which i never do, and then a client brought us all free pumpkin lattes from starbucks and i shouldn't have drank it.
and it's been crazy busy at work, i've opened 5 accounts, done 4 transfers, deposited checks which total over $500k (too bad not into my own accounts) and now i'm winding down on the work but my brain is still spinning.
crazycrazycrazy shaking.
it's times like this that caffiene = BAD.

i forgot to tell you all about something cool! i have this penpal in florida. it was an assignment in 3rd grae, and we actually kept writing to each other for years. sometimes we go a long time without any letters, cuz we're both lazy. sometimes we email. we actually met in 2001 (i think) when i was in GA. she drove up to see me. anyways.
she called me wednesday! that was so awesome! we're so alike, except for the fact that's she's a nurse and has a 5 year old daughter. but personality-wise, and other life events, we're the same person. love her.
yeah, so florida is far away, and she needs to move closer to me STAT. :)
