the road is a B-I-itch my friends...

...but it's the only fucking road i know. ~tenacious D
so i spent the last few days driving around, seeing people i neglected while ned was here. thursday i went up and saw brooke, and we ate at bobo cafe, went shopping, and chatted. it sucks that i don't work with her anymore.
friday after school i drove down to my 'ol hometown, livermore, to hang out with my pal justin. we went to chinese food and then swing dancing lessons at a mormon church on friday night. then we exchanged christmas presents and played some games.
saturday we were lazy a lot of the morning, played more games and some playstation 2, went and saw the royal tennenbaums, and then went to amy's house. we had dinner at the 'ol wolitzer restaurant (ha ha) and like usual, there were quite a few people there. no justine though, which i was sad about. i miss her like crazy.
then we went to a coffee house in livermore with a a friend of amy's to see a girl perform. so we're walking in, and i see a guy that i'm friends with in my classes here in davis. weird. so i ask him if he's from livermore, and he says no, he's from tracy. so then i go sit down and listen to the singer, megan slankard, who has an absolutely beautiful voice. she's from tracy, so i figure my friend tom must have known her in high school or something and came to see her play. so later, i got up and went to talk to him, and we were playing cards, and i ask if he knows her, and he says, "yeah, she's my sister". so that's my small fucking world story for the day. i got a cd and had it autographed. could be worth money someday.
after the show, justin and i went to see amy's new apartment, where we played more games and then went home. this morning i drove home in record time of 1 hour, 2 minutes and i am now sitting in front of my computer, whom i missed for 2 days. ha ha.
