funny how that happened

well, fate is playing a fucked up game with me. something happened tonight that could only be *really* appreciated by one friend. carly. she was there with me through this time in my life.
i went to woodstock's tonight (pizza hangout) and i saw a blast from the past. his name is zach and he was in my first class in college. he was the only other person my age in the calculus class, and we talked a lot. i thought he was SO cute. (still is.) he is really religious though, or at least his family is. 9 kids! not mormon, but really really strict catholic or something. his mom wouldn't let him have cd's, so i made him a tape. i made myself a copy of it. the zach tape. i still listen to it sometimes; it kicks ass. he's very smart and is going to med school. and he went to davis after a year. i got ahold of him once and took him to a party at amy's house. there was a female stripper, and he had some alcohol. i was all excited cuz i thought, maybe college loosened him up a bit. he told me tonight that was the FIRST ALCOHOL he'd ever had. and of course, the first stripper.
he's dating someone, for 9 months now. so i told him about ted. he was impressed. =)
crazy, crazy stuff. wish i had carly to share it with right now.
today was nice. jenny and i looked at her france pictures, talked about movies, etc. for a long, long time. then we scrapbooked while watching dawson's creek reruns. i didn't actually do much, but i realized i don't have all the accesories i want to decorate the rafting trip. i did some pages fer jenny's book that i made for her.
then justin met up with me, we came to my place, played some nintendo (we're talking the first system. it's all about blowing on your games and hitting them to make them work!) we ruled at yoshi and teenage ninja mutant turtles. then we watched mallrats. justin must see the trilogy and dogma before going to jay and silent bob, cuz he might miss some inside jokes!
then we went to woodstocks, where i saw zach. who is really cute still. and smart. hmm. we're gonna email though. which is cool.
now i'm going to catch up on all my favorite diaries, then i'm going to bed to rest up for the game tomorrow!
