my shit list
06/01/04 ~ 1:37 p.m.
my boss is being a grouch today. she came in all happy and refresehed cuz she took a 5-day weekend and vacationed to arizona. but then some difficult client pised her off and she's been bitchy ever since. sigh. she's at lunch now, thank god.
triple a is also on my shit list this morning. our policy is under david's name, with me as a secondary driver or some shit. so i call up and hold for ten hours, waiting to take off the crappy car (we junked it this weekend) and add on the 93 saturn we bought a few weeks ago. a simple switcheroo. oh, no. i can't do it, even when i prove i have all the information on the policy because there's no note that david has "authorized" me to make changes. grrrrrr. so i sent him a message that he has to do it.
and third on my shit list is people who went to the movie theaters on monday and bought ALL the shrek 2 tickets!!! we went to see it but the next 2 shows were sold out and david had a time limit, so we couldn't see the 3rd showtime. we saw the day after tomorrow instead, which was good but not shrek 2. so, so sad. david promised we'll try again next weekend, and even buy our tickets in advance just to be safe. even though we're like, the last two people on earth to see it. whateva'.
i'm super tired - all 4 nights this weekend i was up past midnight. which is too late for me. i'm totally making it an early night tonight, i'm even skipping the gym. crazy. i am also so completely broke that my poor ass won't be getting groceries for 2 weeks. guess it's good we've got a bunch of canned foods, eh?
ok, good things about today? well... it's a short week! that's good. i'm wearing sexy new heels that i bought with a giftcard so i didn't actually spend any money. hee hee, heels -- i feel so grown up. and, um, i get to go home in 3.5 hours and i still have my lunch to be taken. woo.
