money issues, as usual

so last night's tennis was not with the people i named. in fact, nicole dumped cameron*. probably because he intends to leave for a year and that will be the end of them. so she just did it now. you go, girl! so she wasn't there.
will* was also not there. he had to work early this morning. bummer.
but instead, mariah* was there! i had no idea she was coming. that was cool, because i haven't seen her in weeks. and as her journal says, she's going through some things and hasn't seen anyone except this new guy, so i wasn't pressuring her. but last night, i did get to get the scoop on the guy. basically, she's not super sure about the relationship because he doesn't WANT a relationship. and he's unemployed, 7 years older than her, and has no college degree. he's an artist, so he sells paintings sometimes. whew. that can be a lot to deal with. plus she's not sure about another guy she likes, who seems to have a lot more going for him. i tell ya, i don't envy her situation. i hope she gets it figured out, and i will offer my advice if she needs it. other than that, i am staying out.
so we played some tennis, until i was cold and my knee was hurting, and then we went over to cameron's house and played some volleyball on his xbox. it was fun. [sidenote: i got some motrin horse pills AND vikadin for my knee pain. i am so set!]
although the night ended on a sour note because i got yet another unpaid bill in the mail - this one for my ticket from a few years back, that i never paid. so now it will cost me $486. argh. it seems my finances are a neverending mess. i owe so many people so much money! i am thinking that i might file bankruptsy soon. but it costs around $800 to file and pay the lawyers so i'm not sure i'm ready for that.
anyways, enough with the depressing. i need to get back to work (it is *so* busy - tax time) and focus on the finer things in life - like how much i love david, how yummy my wendy's salad will be for lunch, and how i can play more dance dance revolution when i get home! yay!
