a story about drama

so david has this coworker who is drama. it's amazing. we first hear of her when her apartment building burned down. i donated a bunch of clothes to her (she's the size i used to be), in this big plastic tub (which i wanted back). so that just seems like bad luck, right?
well, she and her husband are very on again, off again. so they separated again. she went to visit her dying sister, who her husband has an affair with but now doesn't care that she's dying. an affair with the sister! why was she still with him after that? anyways.
then she went to stay with a friend and was living on the couch. whilst being separated, she got pregnant with someone else's baby. she decided to get an abortion, but freaked out and left the clinic.
david tries to get her to bring back my tub, but since she's not talking to her husband, and got evicted from her friend's couch, she doesn't know when she'll ever bring it back. sigh.
so today, her car gets stolen from their workplace! but it's related to some anonymous gang tip she gave or something. geez.
it reminds me a bit of jenn* -- shit is always happening to her. i'd almost say they bring it upon themselves, but it's not *exactly* that, it's maybe that they make themselves available for these things to happen. as in, they hang with the wrong kind of people sometimes (without realizing it), live in bad areas of town (where car-stealing and gangs are), and are just too nice to everyone. or something.
------- *** ------- *** -------anyways, my boss let me know that i can have tomorrow off since she's not coming in, so i get to go to chinese cooking class! plus i start working m-f next week, so i actually get a whole weekend instead of just sunday. happy happy joy joy.
sunday i am heading up to vacaville to see brooke's* new house! they're moving right now, in fact. hope all is going well. at least it's sunny. it would have sucked to move in those storms we've had recently.
