i've got a bunch of stuff to catch up on and talk about and i just don't feel like a huge, long entry. so, i'm going to break things up by topic and try to be short and sweet. k?

wow: first, look what sammi said about me in her diary:"Beautiful is a big deal to me. I think that it means the all-encompassing beauty, as in yeah, someone's physically attractive, but it's the addition of a rockin' personality that makes that person beautiful. Like, Holly, for example, I think is beautiful - she's got a gorgeous smile and warm blue eyes, but it's her personality that takes it up more than a few notches. Ya know?" awwwwww. sammster, you are beautiful too, and i'm glad kevin told you that so you know it.
my birthday: was pretty damn great. david, jeannine and i went down to meet amy and the gang in SF. we picked up brooke on the way. to my surprise, amy had brought along justin a. along with justine and gabe! woo. we went to golden gate park, which, let me tell you, is the coolest park i have ever see! it had SO much stuff!! kids (and BIG kids) paradise. i put up some of the pictures amy took here. i'll scan mine when they get developed. then we stopped in at good vibrations, a girly sex shop. (i say girly because there aren't so many toys for the straight males.) i like sex shops. there's some good stuff in there. like this one. wouldn't even need a man anymore. hee. ahem. moving on....... then we came back to davis, where my potluck was a huge hit. here's who was here: (listed more for me to remember than for you guys) me, david, jeannine, amy, justine, justin a., gabe, brooke, robert, justin b., julie, paige boy, paige girl, mike, heather, krystal, tiffany, lauren, steven, adam, alec, kyle, andrew, tom, the boys of unless, megan, and stacy. whew. think i got everyone. we ate food (including 2 cakes jeannine made from scratch!!!), i opened presents, and we played a huge game of trivial pursuit (jeannine gave me the new version!!!) i ate way too much, had a great time, and was happy everyone was over.
school/finals: one more left. i got the results back from the first one, and the final grade could go either way. D+ or C-. hope the wind blows the righrt way. not too long ago was my math final. i kinda had a breakdown about it this morning, but it went ok. who knows. and the other one tomorrow -- argh. school sucks.
girl stuff: had that "yearly" check up today. it actually came at a good time cuz i developed a UTI the last few days so i got medicine for that too. ouchy. i am drinking cranberry juice and ignoring it.
