tgif? fuck, who starts school on friday???
09/28/01 ~ 9:09 a.m.
first day of school. heather is already in class. jenn left for work. i don't have class for 3 hours so i'm playing around, trying to pretend i'm not nervous and i'm going to miss the bus and go to the wrong class and look like a retard.
in fact, last night heather, jenn, jeffy and i went to campus at about 11 p.m. so i could scope out my classes (while jeffy made fun of me for being a psudeo-freshman). my main issue today will be to manage to catch the free student-run bus, since i don't know exactly where the stops are or what time they leave.
i'm so going to miss my classes.
last night was nice. jeffy came over, watched friends with me and travers while heather and jenn cooked dinner. they served up a big salad and garlic bread, plus ice cream for dessert. it's always good eatin' at my house! (no thanks to me....) then we played a big ol round of california games on the orginal NES. sweet. except i know most of the moves (jeffy did too) and everyone else was kinda bailing. not exactly a fair match.
my cat also provided some entertainment. while i was on the phone with jenny, she brought in a gift. a big fat rat that heather, jenn, and i started screaming at, scaring jasmine (who was only trying to be nice) and causing a big scene. travers thought it was the coolest thing ever.
i'm so glad they're home.
tonight is a "davis girls" night. jenny, al, al's roommates, heather, and heather's friend should be here. we'll do girly stuff while all the guys go hang out (travers, mike, and the other girls' boyfriends). i love these nights. we'll all bond and eat junk food and gossip. yay.
anyways, i should get a move on. get dressed, eat breakfast, get my backpack situated, look at the campus map again. =)
