i need some new friends. any auditions?
ned and i have realized that if the two of us want to hang out with any of our friends, there will be only two other people than us. none of our friends like each other. case in point:
carly: doesn't like astrid, bleh, jason, or samantha. is on negotiotable terms with andy due to rent issues. and is half of the time not liked by greg.
greg: hates carly half of the time, isn't friends with astrid or bleh.
jason: doesn't care one way or the other about anyone except for greg and his skanky internet hos.
samantha: isn't speaking to carly, is totally jealous of me and talks shit, doesn't like jason.
astrid: hates carly, greg, and jason. doesn't care about andy or lisa. just got in a huge fight with stefanie, and so the two of them plus jane (the other roommate) are not speaking.
andy and lisa: mad at bleh and carly over rent, and supposedly andy is aonnoyed with me lately.
seriously people, why can't we be friends?
at the beginning, every birthday was celebrated with a big party, usually of the surprise variety. ned and i are realizing that we got screwed in that respect because we have december birthdays. (fyi-- my birthday is in 13 days. dec 12th!)
so tonight i get to talk to astrid and find out about the fight (i have only heard from bleh and expereinced jane's annoyance) and then i get to go to south park with everyone else that hates each other. carly wants to get drunk to piss of greg. which will end up pissing off samantha. and i am trying to plan a surprise party for ned before he goes and all of our friends better just suck it up and attend for ned's sake.
i think i need to go shopping at the 'new friends' market.
