will this ever be over?

i'm about to leave to go meet my mom to get free advice from the christian attorney. again. then, once again, i get to drive down to san jose and attempt to serve my dad with the papers. only this time it's worse because his attorney called him and he's pissed that i'm doing this. i really have no other choice. when one person owes another $15,000 and isn't paying it, the other person has to sue them for it to get it handled. never mind that person is my dad.
i am spending the afternoon attempting to distract myself. i'm meeting brooke to hang out for a bit, then we're going to go watch dawson's creek on tape with my friend sarah. then we were supposed to go to the corn maize, but i have to cancel that part for the good old court paper adventure.
not to mention, i am horribly worried about one of my classes. being a transfer student has put me WAY behind. as much as i wish i could go back and just come here as a freshman, i know that i couldn't have. i can't afford it now, much less 3 years ago. so this transferring business has made it so that not only am i unsure of what to do on the program (like most students), i also don't know how to use the equipment/operating systems that i am supposed to already know. i can't even open a fucking file. i've done nothing on it and it's due tuesday. blast.
yes, tomorrow is once again "homework day" except in the evening i get a break to watch alice in wonderland at jenny's house. we need to construct our costumes. so that will be good.
