our guest bed!

while looking at pictures of the guest room in the past few months, i am quite proud of how far it's come. let's take a trip down memory lane, k?
the computer room, BEFORE:
here's the first picture - the room is a messy, we have two huge desks, and no space:
one day, i cleaned and organized the room, and also took part of my desk off. much better:
then david and i bought matching desks, which are much smaller than the old ones. this created much more space, in which i put my scrapbooking table:
the room was looking SO much better at that point. however, i still had a dream that we'd get a guest bed in there, so that we could be more accomadating to potential houseguests. my dream came true! check it out:
oh, wait. first, let me warn you. the current bedcover is a quilt that david's mom made us. why she chose these particular colors, i will never know. a pretty blue quilt would have been nice. but no. we got red, green, and yellow:

the scrapbook table still fits at the end of the bed. and also, jasmine approves of the new bed. in fact, she thinks it's for her.
a close up of the pattern. not only is the quilt RED, GREEN, and YELLOW, it features... mushrooms?
in conclusion, i am happy. :)
