david and i are really getting into the DDR game. we've been playing it each night, taking turns doing the songs. so we decided to get a 2nd pad and do the songs together. david bought one last night, it's the same manufacturor as my pad, but it's a little different because it works for both playstation and xbox (mine is xbox only). it worked at first, but the right arrow kept getting stuck, messing him up and making it annoying when choosing songs because it just kept scrolling the roulette super fast like.
bummer, cuz it was so much more fun doing them together, seeing who did better and laughing when we did every move exactly the same. we're actually pretty evenly matched! hes a great video game player, and i'm not. but i have some dancing skills, and he doesn't. somehow it evens out.
so we unplugged the stupid pad (he'll exchange it today) and took turns on the good pad for a little bit. until the bachelor came on, of course. then it was time for some trashy tv. david hightailed it out of there, and i sat, absorbed in the lives of beautiful people. i liked finding out the spy, i think it's cool there's someone there to help the bachelor out. one of the girls i liked got eliminated (mandy the soccer player), so that was lame.
well, i'm about to leave for my chiropractor's and i'm going to grab subway on the way back. oh the excitingness!
