first off, i have two links for you all to follow.
the first is a link to jenn's diary, for a very good cause. read about it, see what she is doing, and maybe you can help out too.

second, i thought i'd share part of an email i just wrote to amy* because it really is how i feel about friends, her specifically. it's a reply to an email she sent me thanking me for this entry, and letting me know that she's learned a lot from me too.
i guess sometimes it's good to remind your friends how much they mean to you. ... i am glad to hear i have helped you out too, because friendship should be give and take, always. it should be good for both people, why else would two people stay friends for so long?
we may be far apart in distance, and that will probably always be the case. but i keep you close to my heart.
