the fair

well, last night brooke, robert, david and i hit the fair for opening night. despite tired feet and a re-injured knee (i was trying to jump up on the golden california bear) we had a fun time. =)
and coolness of all coolness -- the BANGLES were playing!! woo. so the 4 of us got a bunch of yummy fair food and watched the show. of course, they played "eternal flame" as the very last song, so we had to stay the whole time. but it was worth the sweet slow dance david subjected me to. =)
they also had this kick-ass rainforest exhibit, where they had cool animals like an armadillo, sloth, tropical birds, snapping turtles, alligators, snakes, blue tongued lizards, porcupines, and all sorts of cool stuff. i took pictures, so i'll show them off.
oh, and we took super-cute photo booth pics. i'll scan them soon, promise.
well, i need to finish email-checking and then gather my scrapbooking tools for a day of cropping at leslie's house! =)
