today for you, tomorrow for me!

it's here. picnic day.
most of you probably don't have a tradition like this, mostly because your towns are far less boring than davis. but nonetheless, this is a big town event.
there's a parade, there's booths, there's bands on multiple stages, there's exhibits, there's college olympics, chemistry and physics shows, bugs, cadavers, and dogs. oh, are there dogs. there's frisbee dogs, sheep hearding dogs, and weiner dog races!
and in the evening, there's the battle of the bands, where 6 school's bands battle against our very own band-uh! in a wacky display of crazy outfits and silly songs.
tomorrow is going to be so fun. everyone goes. i asked my boss if he was going, and he replied, "is the pope catholic?" that's basically the consensus. heather and traver's parents are coming, krystal, adam, and steven's parents are coming, and jenn is coming with me.
so if i don't update tomorrow, this is why.
