this girl kicks ass!

first off, i talked to ned for 2 hours yesterday. we are good. happy. no more worrying. he's still coming to visit, he *wants* to see me, and everything is happiness. =) and my mom says i don't have to move my cat until after he visits. he's not a cat person. he said something like "i don't want the cat around when i'm trying to do my best work" or something like that. sillypants. anyways...
onto the important stuff:
how many people have you met online that simply rule? rachel sent me a package this weekend. it had the coolest, happiest anklet in it! it says "holly is a star" with little star beads! AND she got us a book to write back and forth in, which is the coolest thing ever! jenny and i have those too. we haven't written in them in a long time though. so that was my shout out to RACHEL. go visit her page. but you can't have her! she's mine! =)
other completely important stuff: yesterday i signed up for davis. i got an ID card, an email account, and a schedule (well, i did the schedule this morning) here's the finished product:
pink = work (8-5)
green = discrete math
red = data structures
blue = african american literature
this is not what i was intending. but what happened was - discrete math is a class that i *should* have taken at a JC. however, sierra is the ONE community college that hasn't offered it in like 5 years. so i planned on taking it at davis. not this semester, but sometime. well it is now being made into a prerequisite for data structures (red). if this goes through, i will get dropped! this is no good cuz data structures is the prerequisite for ALL THE OTHER COMPUTER CLASSES i have to take. all of them.
so this blows. cross your fingers that i don't get dropped. for the time being, i have to figure out a good replacement class to enroll in, just in case.
oh, and african american literature is getting me my diversity credit while filling time since i can't take any other computer classes.
the bastards.
so then heather and i scoped out our apartment, got our number, and hung out. she is very very cool. i can't wait to move in!!!
4th of july is going as planned. sarah and her boyfriend are coming to the beach, and i invited heather and travers. YAY. wish ned was coming.
