If you had the chance to have a professional interior designer come and recreate a room of your choice, following the rules of Trading Spaces, would you do it?
yes. make that a HELL YES!
What room would you choose?
this is a hard question. i'm totally torn between the living room and the bedroom. because i'm not good at decorating the bedroom, i'd love to have it done for me. plus maybe they'd make the closet more organized. but then, i'd love to have the main room in my house, the one friends hang out in, to be the nicest. it would be a coin toss and depend on the day. but for the sake of the next two questions, i'll choose living room.
If the end result actually turns out to be the room of your dreams, what would it look like?
it would be painted some shade of blue. myabe some accents on the walls somehow. it would have a huge, fluffy, comfy couch. hopefully they would find an awesome rug to match the decor, since i have hard wood floors. a coffee tale with a secnd shelf or drawers to put remotes, coffee table books, maginze, etc. there would be pictures of my loved ones around still, not hidden from view. there would also be a cool standing birdcage so the bird could land there and not shit on everything else.
If the end result turns out to be your worst nightmare; what would it look like?
one of those leather couches with the metal trimmings. ugh. pink or red walls would freak me out. super modern furniture with crazy angles are just not me. and a glass coffee table would be yucky.
