: Do you think a lasting relationship can be formed with someone you've never met in person? Is an online friend any different than a friend anywhere else?
i've made many, many friends online. i feel like online friendships can get very strong, but for me, they can only carry that super lasting bond once i've met them in person. it makes the friendship much, much stronger.
i've met sammi, bobbi jo, jenn, and lisa after reading thier diaryland diaries (some have switched to LJ). i met sabrina, mariah, and amber* from friendster. a lot of those people have become close friends.
i consider a lot of you that leave me guestbook messages, chat with me, and email me, to be my online friends. distance may separate us such that we will never meet, and that doesn't mean i don't carry our friendship with high regard. it just means taht until we can spend some face to face time together, i'll be missing something that i hope we can have someday.

to do everything you can possibly do to better yourself and those around you while you're on this earth.
i want to travel, explore, have fun, and most of all, love as much as i'm able to love.

: Beaches, parks and vacations. Ice cream, long sunny days, bugs and bicycles. What are some of your favourite summertime memories?
i lived in sacramento, where it gets very hot in the summer. 100+ every day. we had an old doughboy above ground pool in the backyard, and i used to spend hours in it. i'd make up routines to music in my head, complete with handstands, flips, and my own version of syncronized swimming. those were the days! :)
