me VS. my dad

ok, i'm jotting down a short one cuz i am pretty busy at work but you know i can't do without updating!
yesterday my mom and i went to the courthouse in san jose. it was an all day thing, including almost 5 hours in the car. it was exhausting, and i even took a nap when i got home. i have effectively filed the forms to sue my dad. we have a case:
[my last name] vs. [his last name]
(which happens to be the same, logically.)
scary, huh?
i got some more googles while i was gone yesterday. i got :
"gonzo picture" (boring)
"punk collage scrapbooking" (interesting... funny i had that all in one entry)
"livermore sex" (VERY funny... who looks for THAT??)
anyways, brooke and i are going to see legally blond today after work. but first, i am picking up the keys to housesit. then i will pack more (yeah, right) and probably nap before my softball game. then a bunch of us from work are going to a bar, and hopefully i'll be able to sneak in. i won't order any drinks, but i want to hang out. they think i'll get in. one of the ladies' boyfriends is a bouncer there, and if the owner isn't there, she says i'll get in no problem. so that's my night.
this weekend is a lot of scrapbooking, working at the pool, and housesitting, mingled with a little packing if possible. and heather and travers are coming over too, i think. i gotta email her now and then finish some work. eek! i'm going now...
