1. What was your first Halloween costume?
i was smurfette when i was about 5... that's the earliest i remember. my mom painted me blue even!
2. What was your best costume and why?
the one i wore this year (and about 5 years ago) is my favorite because i got the dress at a thrift store (it's just an old pink dress!) and i MADE the wand and crown from scratch. the crown is posterboard covered with silver fabric, sequins, and pipe cleaners. the wand is a woden dowel with star wood cutouts on the end, paineted with sliver paint and decorated with pipe cleaners and ribbon. i really outdid myself back then.
3. Did you ever play a trick on someone who didn't give you a treat?
huh? this question is crazy.
4. Do you have any Halloween traditions? (ie: Family pumpkin carving, special dinner before trick or treating, etc.)
not so much. last year i didn't even carve a pumpkin, and this year i have to work. sigh. i wish it could be more special, but life takes over.
5. Share your favorite scary story...real or legend!
um, i feel like such a cop out, but i have to leave for work and i can't think of anything besides any of the old classis legends. so... this guy and girl are parked on a cliff, just a few miles from the local jail.... they hear scraping on the car...blah blah blah...HOOK ON THE DOOOR! yeah, scary, huh?
