yesterday was jenn's* birthday! happy birthday, jenn!!!
well, this weekend was long, but a success. all of our stuff is moved in. i'd say we're about 2/3 set up -- there are still unpacked boxes and things to be organized.
sometime this week we must buy a washer and dryer. the laundry is already piling up.
we also have no internet -- in fact, only ONE phone jack works in the house. the one in the living room. heh.
david worked on it for about 3 hours. he was stripping wires. he was under the house. we wrestled with a HUGE ladder and a not so huge spot, with a phone box 15 feet in the air. no dice. looks like we're going to have to pay from pacbell to come out. the bastards.
oh, my pedometer broke, dammit. i guess i'll buy a better one next time, and not slam it into the side of the bathroom stall.
really, that's all i can think of at the moment, and i have to pee, so it's time to post this sucka and get going. only a few minutes of my lunch left!
