trouble brewing

i took the advice of the voters, and didn't write a note or anything. and i think the night went pretty well. i found out one thing -- he didn't even get the message i left about his band and that's why he didn't call me. but i couldn't have known that, so i didn't want to call again and seem all stalker-like. anyways, he looked hot last night in jeans, a black shirt, and leather jacket. he's just so cute. a bunch of us went - ken, katrina, dawn, jimmy, travers, heather, krystal, and me. i know these people are new -- ken and jimmy are travers' friends, katrina is ken's new gf, and dawn is katrina's friend.
so, krystal and i get out there, and saw adam right away. i chatted a little. their set was ok, but it seemed like they were tring to be more hardcore than their band really is. my ears actually hurt at this one and i usually have a pretty big tolerance. during the set, ken dared me, dawn, and katrina to go up on freak adam. so we did, and i got in front of him and kinda rubbed his tummy. i found out not too much later that dawn had a crush on adam, so i was pissed cuz she looked cuter than me. but it's ok cuz i know him better, i get hugs, etc.
after the set, i managed to get adam to ride back to davis with me and krys, and we all had a great, deep talk. this is what i love about adam. he's such a deep thinker. we talked about steven, and himself, and life in general. i loved it.
ok, now the time to point out that heather and travers were fighting ALL night. heather came in my room crying at about 5:30, and it was all downhill from there. it was just about little stuff, but it upset heather a lot and travers was being an ass about it and ignoring her so she didn't feel included in the night's activities. so, when we got back to jimmy's house, heather and travers were sitting on the steps, fighting, and heather wouldn't give travers his keys. so adam and i kinda walked up, but then heatehr asked to get left alone. so i "had" to hang out with adam by myself for a little while. oh no. =)
well, when heather and travers walked off, we went inside and i went back tot he bathroom. when i came out, heather in tears was waiting for me, and jimmy's roommate's gf swept us into a room and i talked to her. travers went home. seems things are really bad, and although i'm sure he didn't mean it, he mentioned something about not wanting to be together. ouch.
after getting drop in visits from adam, jimmy, and the girlfriend, we went outside to the living room and hung out with everyone for a while, before heading home. amoung other little things, adam walked us to the car, put his arm around me, asked me for a massage, and i linked my arm through his as we walked ot the car. so there were good little signs all night.
tonight i'm gonna cook dinner with krystal and serve it up to adam and steven. heather and travers are invited, if they want ot be there. yay. =)
krystal is on her way to pick me up right now. we're going to IKEA. so i gotta put shoes on.
