the party, continued
02/24/02 ~ 2:06 p.m.
i am currently dying my hair (blonde again) and the goo is sitting for 20 minutes. so i have 20 minutes typing time and that's it.
so, jenn, her 3 guy friends, and i returned to the party, which (amazingly) hadn't been broken up yet. i mean, this apartment complex backs up to a main street, people were trashed, and it was loud as hell. they had left to get the 4th keg, but couldn't get one, so they returned with a bunch of beer.
to my delight, adam was still there. one of his bandmates and him were guarding their equipment, which was supplying the ghetto music that everyone was getting freaky to. there was this one guy that adam couldn't stop staring at. he was getting so freaky with some girl that they ripped the posters off the wall they were against. ha ha. this same guy was getting it on with multiple girls all through the night. and no, i know what you're thinking, but it was not jeffy's bestfriendinthewholewideworld. hee. just someone on the same par as him.
anyways, so i hung around, talking to adam and taylor (the bandmate) a little, growling at other girls that talked to adam, etc. jenn's friends wanted beer, so to get them some i had to full-on flirt with this nasty-ass guy. it was kinda fun, flirting to the max and not worrying about it cuz i didn't want him anyways. anyways, he totally bought it and after some singing to me (nasty breath) and trying to get freaky with me (i kept backing up), i scored a beer. as i walked away, he smacked my ass. eww.
he was pretty amusing during the night, flirting with every girl in sight (as they avoided him) and being loud, obnoxious, and puking. sigh. there was one time he came up to me, and told me that the song playing (minute man) was his song. i informed him that that was not a good thing, and he said "only the first time. then i can go for an hour. seven hours if you want it, baby" and grabbed my ass. ewwwwwwww again.
jenn and i tried to get her guy friends some girls, but instead i just ended up befriending them. =) so if i see grace and jace on campus, i'll totally say hi to them. they were cool chikas.
as i have to go wash my hair soon, i'll just end with some highlights of the evening: i made sure to touch adam as much as possible. when i was saying bye, we held hands. =) hopefully i'm getting the message across that i'm interested. but not desperate or anything. it was good stuff.
i got home at about 2:30, slept until noon, and then watched the lion king with heather and travers this morning. i hadn't seen it in a long time. it was great.
