dilbert and sandi

i joined a dilbert "comic of the day" email list a while back. i was trying to find my favorite dilbert comic online, but i can't. it's obscure -- not an office one. so i joined this list in hopes of it being sent to me someday. no luck yet. but i got a very cute one yesterday that reminded me of a situation with my friend sandi.
now, sandi and i met in 7th grade. i moved away for high school. when i moved back senior year, we hung out a lot. we were also online buddies and together created a lot of screen names and fake personalities. one such time, we were trying to put one of the names on my computer that she had on hers, but she had clicked the box "save password" and couldn't remember the password. when we tried to get it emailed to us, it emailed to some email we must have created but didn't remember using. we tried everything. we knew it was 4 characters long, because **** showed up in the password box on her screen. we tried "jack", "jill", "star", "bean", all things it might have been. we eventually gave up.
a month or two later, sandi's sister mentioned that she got an email about a password and was it ours? lo and behold, it was... and do you know what the password was?
yup. you guessed it.
it was: ****
