bloody hell

i gave blood today. i tried last year and my iron was too low. they told me to eat more red meat. i don't eat red meat. i was also on my period. today i am not. and i took iron pills!
my arm is a little sore but i feel good that i did a helpful thing. plus now i get to find out what blood type i am! rok! (copyright rachel) i've always wanted to know that. that i'll tell all of you.
i should be working... not emailing rachel back and forth! =) but i can't help it... we always have so much to say.
