thanks for your comments, guys. i'm ok, not traumatized or anything. i still feel like it wasn't real. but even a few days later, i didn't have a big freak attack or anything.
we found the news article about it. it wasn't really big, so i didn't see it online. i scanned it for you all:
well, it seems the one walking was not the driver, at least as far as the poilce are concerned. the article didn't only answered on question i had, about which way the car was driving and how the crash happened. but i also wanted to know which one of the boys was dating her. it didn't mention that they were brothers. i wanted to know WHAT injuries the one on the ground sustained. i wanted to know if they found anything from investigating the girl's death. like, if there was a punctured lung or something like that.
anyways, seeing the article brought a little closure. it will be something i will never forget... but not something that plagues me every day.
